TRANSPORT, DELIVERY, AND WAREHOUSING POLICIES
1.Delivery time
The service provider acknowledges transactions are based on the condition that there must be on-time, appropriate cooperation and the full provision of information by the Service User. All delivery days are only expected. In no event shall be the Service Provider be liable to indemnify the Service User for damages or losses caused by non-delivery or delayed delivery of the delivered product. The risk of loss or damage to the product will be transferred to the Service User upon handover.
The service provider reserves the right to assign and cancel the delivery in severe cases, and especially the following:
• When The Service User does not comply with the agreed payment terms;
• When The Service User does not provide on time to The Service Provider necessary information for the shipment;
• Force majeure events or other events such as social conflicts, epidemics, wars, fires, floods, accidents caused by equipment operation, disruptions or delays in transportation, or any cause of the suspension of part or all of the work at the service provider.
2. Transport and delivery
The user of the service will be responsible for all costs, in addition, to ship the product to Hublink's office, storage location, or selected shipping destination ( including freight costs and other charges (if any)) and we will not pay any shipping costs. The service user is responsible for paying all customs, taxes, and other fees.
The service user must provide accurate and complete written instructions to complete the order and delivery address.
Our confirmed delivery is not:
(a) state or imply that any product that has been delivered without loss or damage, or any loss or damage to any product later discovered to occur after confirmation of delivery;
(b) specify or imply that we have indeed received the number of products specified by the Service User for that shipment;
(c) Reserve, limit, or reduce any of our rights under this agreement.
The service user ensures that the products are properly marked, packaged, labeled, and classified for processing and are suitable for secure storage. We will not accept products that are not properly packaged or in our reasonable opinion, are not suitable for moving or storing in stock.
Goods transported with freight and packaging remain the responsibility of the Service User.
Failure to enforce remuneration rights to service providers for losses, damages, or damages caused to goods. The service user must ensure timely access to and layout of the warehouse for the receiving of goods allowing the reception of heavy and bulky equipment; in any situation, the service provider will not incur this cost.
3. Stocking
If the Service Provider is unable to deliver the goods for reasons responsibility of the Service User, the Service Provider shall, at its sole choice and based on written or otherwise notices of equivalent constitutional validity (telegraph, telex, fax, a data message, and other forms by law) to the Service User, have the right to leave in an appropriate storage location. The service user shall pay the processing, insurance, warehousing, and other related costs, and shall bear the risk of loss or damage to these goods when the goods are collected at the warehouse. No provisions under this affect the right of the Service Provider to issue invoices for goods and goods in stock that will be deemed to have been handed over to the Service User.
We do not guarantee products while in stock for any loss or damage. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to products due to fluctuations in the temperature or humidity range of the warehouse. We reserve the right to terminate storage and request the removal of products or any part of the product by prior notice to Seller Seventy-two (72) hours in writing. The user of the service is responsible for offering all fees due to the above-said products within the specified period of time and taking the product out of stock when paying all fees. If the product is not discarded, we may perform our rights under applicable law including but doesn't limit to the processing or sale of the product. The user of the service shall be responsible for any returns and returns of products to the customer of the Service User. The Service User may offer us to process any returns and refunds to the Client of the Service User.
